Terms of Sale

1. Product

Watthr is a collective digital experience raising awareness about AI water consumption. Training a single large AI model can consume up to 700,000 litres of water for cooling data centers. Each litre purchased symbolically refills the shared virtual aquarium of Watthr, a fish representing this environmental cost. This is a purely symbolic and educational digital product — it confers no rights over any physical resource, no financial return, and carries no charitable commitment. The purchase is a participation in a shared creative and awareness experience.

2. Pricing

Each litre is priced at a fixed rate of $1.00 USD. You may purchase between 1 and 2,000 litres per order. The aquarium has a total capacity of 1,000,000 litres.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Watthr does not store your card details. By proceeding to checkout, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. No right of withdrawal

Purchases on Watthr are non-refundable. The digital experience is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. By confirming your purchase and accepting these terms, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first be addressed through amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.

Cookies

Watthr does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during the payment process. These do not require prior consent under applicable law.
